Northside NHS's traditional service area includes the North
Minneapolis neighborhoods of Cleveland, Willard-Hay, Jordan,
Hawthorne, Near North, and Harrison, although many services are
city-wide. Northside NHS has begun to expand its services into South
Minneapolis while maintaining its focus on its North Minneapolis
