city. We moved from Uptown into the Old Highland Neighborhood in North
Minneapolis just over a year ago after stumbling across this incredible
three story duplex. With the high cost of property in the city the
option of purchasing a home that would also generate income was a very
appealing idea to us. This 1909 home was completely renovated inside and
out in 2004 by The Northside Residents Redevelopment Council. It
